When could you start?

When it’s convenient for you.  As Loy Surveys are one of the larger survey firms in the UK we can respond to most enquiries, even at short notice.

How much will it cost?

You’ll find Loy Surveys very competitively priced. We use the most up to date and sophisticated fully robotic technology, which can be operated by a single surveyor. Many other surveyors still operate two man teams. This labour saving enables us to quote our customers competitive prices while maintaining the very highest level of service.

Have you done a job like this before?

Any challenge you care to set we will have faced before. Since inception, Loy Surveys has undertaken 10,000+ surveys over 26 years, so we’re confident we will have undertaken a similar project to yours at some stage, no matter how unusual.

How would you go about it?

Loy Surveys will appoint a Land Surveyor who will be responsible for all aspects of your survey. From inception to completion your surveyor will ensure that your requirements are met in full, supplying you with a professional, prompt and friendly service.

Will data you supply be compatible with my computer system?

Loy Surveys specialise in the provision of measured survey data in digital format for use in CAD (Computer Aided Drafting) systems as used by 90% of architects, engineers and contractors in the UK.

How long will it take to give me a price?

This will depend on the complexity of the brief you supply, but we endeavour to get back to customers with prices within a few days of their initial request. If you need a quicker response just ask.

How long will it take to deliver?

Again this will depend on the complexity of your requirements but in urgent cases we are prepared to move working schedules to accommodate your needs. We are comfortable working to agree challenging deadlines without cutting corners in any way or compromising our own high standards.

Are your staff qualified?

Yes, our staff are qualified. Loy Surveys meets the exacting standards set to maintain membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Do you have a good track record?

We have an excellent track record. We pride ourselves on our professionalism and measure ourselves against exacting Quality Assurance Management Systems.
