Digital terrain model DTM |
NEXTMap Britain brings you the most current, accurate and affordable digital elevation and image data of England, Wales and Scotland. It was surveyed using Radar technology, It has a nominal vertical accuracy of 1.0 metre ( RSME) and horizontal nominal accuracy of 2.5 m in areas of minimal vegetation and terrain slope of less than twenty degrees. Readings are available at 5 m postings.

The NEXTMap® Britain RADAR survey is available as a DSM, DTM and Contours.
- DTM and DSM available at 5 or 10m postings
- 5m contours
- Horizontal accuracies: +/-2.5m horizontal (1 sigma) on slopes less than 20 degrees
- Vertical accuracies: When flown at 30,000 feet the vertical accuracy is +/-1.0m RMSE. When flown at 20,000 feet the vertical accuracy is +/-0.7m RMSE
